The event is suitable for one participant or for couples.

This event is for all who love to create with their own hands. Here we will be connected through the creation of bread, where amidst the coziness of the fire and the aroma of warm bread, different people, familiar and unfamiliar, will come together and discover our unsuspected talents and needs. We bake and make bread products together, such as bread, banitza or pies.This time we will bake and make a pie so beloved of all our Bulgarian pasta dishes.

In a cozy atmosphere and in a friendly, cheerful company, everyone will feel at home and forget about the daily problems at least for a while. This will be taken care of by our professional actor and presenter, as well as by our qualified bread expert. No matter what experience you have in kneading and baking, everyone is welcome to experience the magic of culinary art. Food preparation is socialized, engaging, engaging and motivating in a unique way. It is both a technical and creative process that "opens our hands", "opens" our eyes and our hearts, makes us more patient and observant. We create a cozy and creative environment for social networking and community reunion between different groups of people!

• Meeting of the group at the Bread House Network located at 103 Exarch Joseph St. (next to Sofia Mathematics High School). Here we will be connected through the creation of bread, where amidst the coziness of the fire and the aroma of warm bread, different people, acquaintances and strangers will come together and support each other, enriching, developing and discovering their unsuspected artistic talents. We bake and make bread products together, such as banitza, pies or bread. This time we will bake a banitza - so beloved of all our Bulgarian pasta dishes. ).
• Here you will be greeted and awaited by a person from our team, who is professionally trained, to assist and guide the event towards its purpose. He is the so-called "Facilitator". He checks the list of people and verifies the information (names and years) in order to verify the age and correctness of the names.
• The facilitator introduces participants to the program that expects them and offers them coffee, tea or water - included in the price of the program. He plays a group of specially designed fun games with a duration of about 20 minutes that lead the group to its goal: fun, new friends, and a positive energy boost.
• Following is the main part, kneading the dough and of course under the expert guidance of an expert baker. It's time to prepare the stuffing, and here everyone has to choose what to make their own banitza with: cheese and eggs, spinach or leek. After we have prepared the stuffing, it comes to applying and wrapping the banitza itself. Finally, we bake the banitza around 40 minutes, during which time our facilitator will offer a glass of wine and host some of the specially designed fun games for this event.

It is interesting and a lot of fun that everyone will cook at the same time and have the opportunity to mix and create a unique and very tasty banitza. After everyone is ready with their culinary masterpieces, we sit down together and eat what we have prepared, as everyone tastes from the banitsa of others and shares their opinion. Cooking time is 40 minutes, while eating and discussing the culinary experience is also 40 minutes. This means that, together with fun and educational games at the beginning and end, the whole event lasts about 2 hours and 30 minutes.

• Finally, the Facilitator will introduce you to the different program options. If desired, the group can continue their adventure in Instinct by signing up for the next interesting program so that the group members continue to have fun and get to know each other.

It is important to know that the program will take place with a minimum of 12 participants enrolled !!! If there are fewer entries you can wait for the next date or refund your money. Three days before the event, the program closes and prepares for launch. Each participant who has paid for their participation will receive a confirmation on their email.
